The CST-CPT 4-20mA temperature sensor is a Class A Pt100 probe with an integrated 4–20 mA transmitter in a 316 stainless-steel body and standard DIN Hirschmann connector. Compact, ½” BSP thread, Ø6 mm probe in 50 / 100 / 150 mm lengths, 10–30 VDC loop power and a default 0–100 °C range (−50…450 °C optional) – plug in and get a 4–20 mA signal to the PLC with no separate transmitter.

FAQ
How is the CST-CPT different from a standard Pt100 with terminal head?
A headed Pt100 such as the CST-RTD320 gives only a resistance signal and needs a CST-HSB4300 transmitter for 4–20 mA. The CST-CPT has the transmitter built in, is more compact and installs quickly with a Hirschmann plug – ideal for machines and HVAC below 100 °C.
Can a range other than 0–100 °C be supplied?
Yes, ranges up to −50…450 °C are available. Please specify the range when ordering.
