A paper trim nozzle produces a high-pressure solid stream through a very small orifice to cut the wet edge of the paper web on the forming wire, giving a clean edge for stable web transfer. It is also used to trim soft materials such as thin boards and wood. ISE supplies trim nozzles in 303/316 stainless.
