Blower vs compressed-air knife design
Teardrop blower knives have low pressure loss; compressed-air knives use the Coandă effect to entrain ambient air. SS316 suits food, wet and chemical environments.
Installation in a system
Knives sit on adjustable brackets, connect to the blower by hose, and run inside an enclosure to cut noise and capture water.
